Devyn Dais is a Philadelphia-based figurative abstract painter whose work is rooted in intuition, emotion, and the quiet power of color. Dais earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Tyler School of Art and Architecture, where she developed a foundation in expressive mark-making and

material exploration.

 

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Art Education at Moore College of Art & Design. Working primarily with acrylic paint, pastels, and mixed media, Dais creates layered,

atmospheric compositions that merge abstract gesture with subtle figurative forms. Her practice is both expressive and meditative — a source of peace and stillness — and each piece is crafted with the intention of offering viewers a moment of grounding and reflection.
